Vendors are added via Admin Panel > Users > Add New. Assign “Vendor” role for inventory/sales access. Contact support for setup.

Product Type
Simple: Single item (e.g., USB cable). Variable: Options like laptop RAM (8GB/16GB) or CCTV camera resolution (1080p/4K).
Add items to cart > Proceed to checkout. Bulk discounts apply for 5+ items (CCTV kits/laptops)
For software/drivers: Upload file in Product > Inventory > “Downloadable” checkbox. Auto-delivered post-purchase.
Ordering Products
Guests can checkout without account creation. Just enter email/phone for order tracking. Account holders get loyalty discounts.
M-Pesa, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only). For bulk CCTV/laptop orders, bank transfer accepted.

The Others
Within 7 days: Log in > My Orders > Return Request. For defective CCTV/laptops, we cover return shipping. Accessories must be unopened.
At checkout, paste code in “Discount” field. Valid for: 15% off accessories, free installation with CCTV kits, or laptop repair discounts.
Not applicable to our IT shop. For website themes, contact our web design team (separate service).
Standard (2-3 days), Express (24 hrs for Nairobi), or Self-Pickup (free). For heavy CCTV equipment, we arrange courier delivery.
